Your Hotel stay includes hot breakfast buffet. Registration includes 1 boxed Lunch ( Sat) and dinners with 2 complimentary drinks on Friday & Saturday.

Pre-Event including a sponsored medical lecture and boxed lunch (10:00 AM-11:30 AM) followed by a self paid Excursion to Seattle on Friday Aug 7, 2026 from 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Guests are welcome.

($100 discount for 1 guest (13 years and older) for 3 day registration only)

Registration of all guests including each child is mandatory.
** Residents, Fellows, and kids 4-12 years $275 on full 3 day registration only
** Children 3yrs. and under are free (Except for Excursion).

Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus a $50 bank fee till July 13, 2026. No refund after July 13, 2026
