I was born and raised in Kota, Rajasthan in a family of doctors. I am from LHMC batch of 1998 -2003. I pursued my PG in Community Medicine from MAMC 2004-2007. I worked as an Assistant Professor in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal for a year before moving to Singapore where I pursued Family Medicine residency and worked as a family physician for 9 years. After moving to US, I enriched myself with a degree in Executive MBA in health care management and policy from the University of Miami. Recently, I joined the department of clinical care transformation in U Health, Miami.

My husband Pankaj Jain is a cardiac anesthesiologist and I have two munchkins, an 11-year-old cat Ginger and a 5-year son Viaan. My passion is dancing and make others dance too and I love organizing parties and events. I am very active in Rotary and am the president elect for the year 2022-2023. I am involved in many global and district grants and help in raising funds for the betterment of the community. I started a small company with 2 other partners called M2Fit with the aim of bringing traditional Indian sports like pitthu, kabaddi, gilli danda, etc. alive to kids in US. I love eating and playing tennis. I am a Big Bollywood Fan, and my favorites are Anil Kapoor and SRK.

My Vision

I am glad to be a member of LHMCAANA and take the responsibility as a Treasurer. This is an organization which has a potential to offer support and love to so many newbies and not so newbies in every way possible from socializing to scholarships to fundraising or sharing any common interests. I look forward to more alumni from the younger generations joining this and contributing their ideas for LHMCAANA’s growth.
