Nomination Committee is appointed by the past/current LHMCAANA President from a list of life members.

Aim:

Obtain nominations for Board Members and /or Officers needed for the LHMCAANA.
Ensure that the nominees are willing to work for the LHMCAANA, are team players and care for the LHMCAANA and LHMC.
Present a slate of nominees a month prior to the Election date.

Short term goals : (3-4 months)

Publicize the process in the WhatsApp group and other available outlets.
Set a timeline for receiving the nominations.

Long term goals : (6 months to a year)

To ensure that the role & constitution of the nominating committee is defined clearly in the By laws.

Strategy :

Introduce the Nominating Committee members to the general body on WhatsApp & other outlets.
Look for the following leadership qualities in the nominees.
1. Must feel passionately about the future of LHMCAANA & LHMC.
2. Be able to lead a team and be a team player.
3. Be able to lead a project to completion if required.
4. Must be a life member or willing to become a Life Member.
Announce the Board members and Executive officers to the general body at the Annual General Body Meeting.
