  STEP 1: Complete Your Registration and Payment to LHMCAANA

  • Preferably by Zelle: lhmcaanatreasury@gmail.com. Please mention your name clearly when paying by Zelle.
  • Credit Card: (Details will be provided)

  STEP 2: Book Your Cruise Cabin

  After completing your registration and payment to LHMCAANA, you will receive a code in your email to book your Cruise Cabin (at no further cost). If you want LHMCAANA to assign you a cabin, please email deborah.welsch@cruiseplanners.com with the following details:

  • Your Code, Name, Address, Birthday, Phone number

  If you and your co-occupant have already paid at LHMCAANA, book your cabin at Cabin Booking using either code. To book your cabin, you MUST have the following information for each occupant:

  • First/Last Name, Address, Birthday, Phone Number, Emergency Phone Number

  If you are sharing your cabin with three or four occupants and all have paid at LHMCAANA, please email deborah.welsch@cruiseplanners.com with your Code, Name, Address, Birthday, and Phone number.

  Registration Dates

  Early Bird Registration: Feb 14, 2025 – May 18, 2025

  Regular Registration: May 19, 2025 – June 30, 2025

  Late Registration: July 1st onwards (Dependent on availability)

  Cancellation Policy

  Fully refundable minus $50: Aug 17-Sept 9, 2025
  50% refund: Sept 10 – Sept 29, 2025
  25% refund: Sept 30 – Oct 14, 2025
  No Refunds: Oct 16, 2025

  Name Change is allowed only once per occupant per cabin. If requested after August 2, 2025, a fee of $75 will apply until October 29, 2025. 

  Passport and Visa Requirements

  • CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS – Please be advised that foreign nationals from those countries whose nationals would normally require a visa are required to obtain a visa to enter The Bahamas when traveling by cruise.
  • No Entry Visa to Bahamas is required for U.S./Canadian citizens and Permanent residents. All they need is their valid Passports and/or Alien card.
  • Children must have a valid passport AND birth certificate.
  • Persons with H1B visa must have their H1B visa affixed in their passport and MUST present the approval notice along with written confirmation of date, time and confirmation code of the appointment at the US Embassy in Nassau.
  • F1- Students must submit their valid I-20 form back and front. The I-20 must bear the signature of the international student advisor signed for the current semester.
  • J1 visa holders must present the DS 2019 form (formerly IAP-66).
