  ($100 discount for guests (13 years and older) for 3 day registration only)

  Registration of all guests including each child is mandatory.
  ** Residents, Fellows, and kids 6-12 years $250 on full 3 day registration only
  ** Children 5yrs. and under are free.
  ** Residents, Fellows to email their appointment letter to infolhmcaana@gmail.com to get a discount code for registration.

  Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus a $50 bank fee till Aug16. No refund after Aug.16
