Donations from alumni are crucial sources for supporting the mission and vision of LHMCAANA. These donations can come in various forms, including financial contributions, gifts in kind, volunteering time and expertise, or mentoring current students. We invite you to donate actively for the following options: Financial Support: to LHMCAANA will be allocated towards scholarships, research and educational programs including CME activities or travel grants, operational improvement of LHMCAANA and supporting other endorsed non-profit organizations or for charitable purposes. LHMCAANA is a non-profit (Tax I.D. 16-1538914) with a valid 501(c) 3 certification that supports its mission. *Foundation for Excellence (FFE): External charitable organization endorsed by LHMCAANA for Scholarship Program. For details, please visit here. **Ashiyana (formerly ASHA for Women) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1989 to provide culturally competent support services to South Asian women and children impacted by interpersonal violence. Volunteer Support: There are immense opportunities to volunteer your time in LHMCAANA. You can volunteer your time to help with one of our seven clubs or to be a member of Committees (Communication, Outreach, CME and academic affairs, Social, Bylaws, etc.). If you want a leadership role, please nominate your name for a future board member; read our Bylaws for more information. You can also volunteer your time for supporting research, education, CME, and Mentorship activities of LHMCAANA.
