Globe Trotters

After a long wait, travel club for LHMCAANA was launched under the banner of LHMCAANA Globe Trotters in 2023.

Our VISION is to travel worldwide with fellow Hardonians .

Our MISSION is to have

• Fun filled vacations with and without families
• Networking with local Hardonians
• Bonding & Supporting each other during travel

An organizing team was put together under leadership of Vimla Bhooshan ’66 and Radha Ramarutham ’81 with supporting members: Sanjukta Mitra ’70 Sangita Nagpal ’77,Anupama Masand ’80, Shikha Shukla ’09 and Kumkum Sood '70

A WhatsApp page was created which has 68 members and keeps growing every day. Club is open to all dues paying patron, life, annual, and student members of LHMCAANA . It also allows non members including family, friends & non member Hardonians with special considerations.

The organizing committee's goal is to find great destinations, itinerary and tour operators. World is so beautiful and everyone is excited to explore it under the comfort of stress free arrangement and in the company of friends strengthening the bond with old friends and making new friends. We want it to happen.

 We want to arrange 2-3 exciting trips in each year and give you an opportunity to choose your favorite . Get ready to bring out the globetrotting ,fun exploring and adventure loving hardonian out of you.

Globetrotter club experienced substantial growth since its inception and now have 134 members. The club organized trips to Costa Rica and Croatia in 2024 .

In 2025,members enjoyed  African Safari and Rhine River Cruise trips.

For 2026, members are booked for exciting trips to National Parks USA, Vietnam/Cambodia and Canadian Rockies on Canadian Mountaineer Train.

For 2027, plans are on the way. Trips considerations include: Temple tour of India, Alaska cruise, Morocco and Galapagos whatever becomes feasible.

Club organizers worked very diligently to bring great experience to all travelers. Kudos to Sangita and Sanjukta for their extraordinary efforts.
