OUTREACH & Membership COMMITTEE

• Reach out to 50% of all graduates in North America and Canada by June 2021.
• Create Website based directory of LHMCAANA within 1-3 months.
• Create membership platform on website.
• Establish local chapters/subgroups either regional, state or city based within 6 months.

• Reach out to 90% of all graduates in 2022 and maintain ongoing process to reach out the rest.
• Initiate membership at all levels making at least 100 members in 2022 and continue to escalate the numbers in coming years.
• Maintain membership module on Website and track membership renewals.
• Collaborate with leadership and other committees to initiate and conduct fund                                             There are 1182 graduates listed in our data base( data collected by AMA and Nandi Corp}. Out of these, we have 941 email addresses. There is  scattered and inconsistent information on phone numbers and postal addresses and we hope to correct it though our membership platform/website sign up.

• Publicize the website and make it primary source of communication and fundraising.
• Collaborate with local chapters/sub group's leader/leaders at the State or City level to enhance membership and fund raising drives.

Since the inception of this committee, significant progress has been made: Some of the highlights are:

• Nationwide network of RCD and SCD has been established. See details under Regional Chapters tab. More and more local level lunches and get togethers are held for networking.
• Committee membership has been expanded with defined roles of officers .
• Membership has grown significantly at all levels. At present we have total of 377 active members ( Patron 38, Life 310, Annual 6 and Students/Residents/fellows 23).
• Data base update is done continuously and contacts listing is increased to 1318.
