Neelam Rana

Dr. Neelam Rana is a healthcare executive and physician leader with over 15 years of experience in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformation across multi-site healthcare organizations.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of Trulu Health since 2022, Dr. Rana partners with healthcare executives to design enterprise compliance programs, deliver analytics for quality improvement, and guide organizations through regulatory and strategic challenges. https://www.truluhealth.com
Previously, as Director of Quality, Risk Management & Compliance at Amberwell Atchison Association, she served as Corporate Compliance Officer and strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at several other Healthcare organizations, leading the organizations to achieve Joint Commission accreditation, Accreditation Commission for Health Care accreditation and NCQA Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home Recognitions.
Dr. Rana currently serves on the Board of the Regional Emergency Medical Services Authority (REMSA) and the Kansas Hospital Association Quality & Patient Safety Committee. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Delhi, India. She is a HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner and completed the Community Health Center Executive Fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

- Organizing medical missions or initiatives that leverage members’ expertise to serve underserved communities in India.
- Creating structured mentorship programs pairing established physicians with recent graduates or those early in their careers, offering guidance on specialization choices, career transitions, or navigating the North American healthcare system.
