Prachi Dubey

I am an Associate Professor of Neuroradiology at Houston Radiology Associated, Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston, TX. I received my medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India. My training in the US consists of a transitional one-year internship at Metrowest Medical Center, a four-year diagnostic radiology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, and a one-year Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

I am a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology with added qualifications in Neuroradiology. Before my radiology training in the US, I completed a Master's in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. I did a research post-doctoral fellowship in neurology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine focusing on advanced imaging applications in leukodystrophy. My interests are advanced imaging, head and neck imaging, and epidemiology. I am a senior editor for one of the top-ranked Radiology Books, Neuroradiology: A Core Review. I am a member of the American College of Radiology, American Society of Neuroradiology, American Society of Head and Neck Radiology, and Texas Radiological Association. Outside work, I love reading, writing, and spending time with family and close friends. I consider achieving balance a central guiding principle. I chose to become a patron member of my Alma mater, LHMCAANA, because serving the institution that has empowered countless women physicians, spanning over a century, to heal with care, compassion, and commitment is the most incredible honor and privilege.
