Dr Sarika Mohan, a specialist doctor (MBBS, MD Microbiology) & CPHQ, TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer, Certified in AI, Data Science & Financial Data Analyis from UC Berkeley with more than 16 years of quality leadership experience in cross-functional healthcare delivery in Asia, Middle East and the USA. Her diverse healthcare management and public health experience encompasses leadership, organizational change management, quality improvement, regulatory affairs and accreditations (including Joint Commission, NABH, ISO), change management, infection control and patient safety programs across global institutions including national and international projects with the U.S. CDC, Ministry of Health at India and Sri Lanka.

Sarika is a change maker and immensely excited to serve LHMCAANA; that she considers to be her family and is blessed to be part of this excellent community.
