About the Program

The LHMC Alumni Association of North America Mentoring Program is an exclusive benefit for dues-paying members, designed to support professional growth, leadership development, and meaningful alumni connections. Hosted on the MentorCity platform, the program connects alumni across North America through structured mentor–mentee relationships.

Participants are thoughtfully matched based on their experience, interests, and goals, creating opportunities for knowledge sharing, career guidance, and personal development. The platform provides a secure and user-friendly space to set objectives, track progress, and engage in productive mentoring conversations.

Through this initiative, LHMC Alumni Association of North America aims to strengthen its alumni network, foster collaboration across regions, and empower members to learn, lead, and give back to the community.
