I am an endocrinologist and healthcare administrator with over 25 years of global experience in primary and specialty care. Passionate about healthcare quality, patient safety, and process improvement, she has led initiatives at UTMB, Texas, to streamline workflows, enhance cancer screening, and improve operational efficiency using Lean and Six Sigma. At Baylor College of Medicine, she contributed to clinical research focused on diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.
Before moving to the U.S., Dr. Jolly practiced as an endocrinologist in Kuwait, where she developed diabetes management protocols emphasizing hypoglycemia prevention and healthcare equity. She holds an MRCP in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology from the Royal College of Physicians, London, and an MHA from the University of Houston, effectively bridging clinical practice with healthcare administration.
She believes that by strengthening the bond as colleagues, mentors, and friends, we can create an environment where each of us thrives to our fullest potential. Through mentorship, shared experiences, and continuous learning, we will foster resilience, innovation, and leadership in medicine.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Jolly is deeply committed to mindfulness and holistic well-being. As a healthcare influencer, she shares insights on disease prevention, wellness, and self-care through her PKJ platform on Instagram (@preeti_kapoorjolly), empowering individuals to take charge of their health.
Let’s unite to shape a future where we not only heal but also inspire and support one another—because our greatest strength lies in our collective wisdom and shared purpose.
