When the invitation came - summer graduations and moving were full swing and it seemed hard to join the girls but the President elect was visiting and I made time

LHMCAANA girls found time to congregate in late June in spite of conflicting family graduations and the like. We had a gathering last summer and the flavor this time was different. Over dinner Mohini Malhotra and Sadhna Bhatt shared their experiences as foreign female physicians in MA more than 40 years ago. They exhibited the Hardonian spirit and have paved the path for the rest of us who have followed. After dinner Hema shared a slide set where she enumerated LHMCAANA history, it’s rejuvenation and the path forward with a healthy exchange of questions and answers. Saroj led us to a lighthearted singing session which was enjoyed by all, and Mohin and her husband gave us a demonstration of their singing and dancing talents.
